Container Trucking Association of Ontario

About Us

Our Association is registered as a Non for Profitable organization with the Ministry of Government Services, Ontario where all our members comprise of truck drivers, small business owners and contractors. We are based in Mississauga, Ontario and at present have about more than 908 registered members. We are a very committed group of people dedicated to re-present service and support the needs of independent contractors, small business owners and drivers in the container trucking industry. 

Our Mission

  • To encourage, support, promote and work for the rights and general welfare of container truck drivers and owner operators. 
  •  To organize seminars/sessions for providing information to truck drivers and owner operators on driving techniques, safety practices and best practices in transportation industry. 
  •  To promote equitable treatment of its members. 
  •  To work for improving work conditions of truck drivers and owner operators. 
  •  To foster and promote interchange of thought and ideas pertaining to container truck drivers and owner operators 
  •  To promote harmonious relationships between the members of this association and all other institutions, organizations, associations, corporations and individuals directly or indirectly associated with container transportation.
